Pre-Order/Import Info

Price of plants is all inclusive. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Unless otherwise specified, there are no additional fees that will be charged once the plants arrive.
Pre-order/Import plants ship as soon as they arrive. They will not be acclimated beforehand and will take longer than usual to begin producing new pitchers.
Pre-order/Import plants are covered by our live arrival guarantee.
In the rare event that pre-order plants arrive from import dead or damaged, you will receive a refund on the dead/damaged plants as well as a prorated shipping refund.
Additional orders may be placed. To avoid additional shipping charge, select choose "Pickup" at checkout, include the order number of the first order that was placed as a note, and send us an email at contact@kingkarnivores.ca.
Orders that contain in-stock plants and pre-order plants will ship once the pre-order arrives. If you would like in-stock plants to ship immediately, please place separate orders.
Pre-order/Import plants are not eligible for discounts.
Sizes and quantities(in cases where plants are sold as portions, typically only BCP) of pre-order/import are provided by the supplier and are not guaranteed.

Active Imports

Current status: OPEN
To order, place an order for the products you would like from the BCP Import collection.
Selection of bonus plants of up to 15% of your order value is possible. Please list these in your order notes.
- Bonus eligible plants say *Bonus Eligible* in the title.
  - To view all bonus eligible plants, view the BCP Bonus collection.
- Please select bonus plants carefully, if you list a plant that is not eligible as a bonus, it will be substituted at our discretion. If you list more plants than 15% of your order value, excess plants will not be ordered.
Import will be open until Friday, September 12th 11:59pm.
ETA is September/early October
Domestic shipping will be quoted at checkout. If you place multiple large additional orders, you may be invoiced an additional shipping cost when plants arrive. Pickup is free.

Import will be open until our order goes into processing.

- Canada Post may be selected as an shipping option however if there is an ongoing strike when the plants arrive, shipping will be switched to Purolator at an additional cost.
- Shipping estimates may be inaccurate for large plants (notably, those from Tim Heller). If actual domestic shipping cost is significantly higher than estimated, you will be invoiced for the difference.
International shipping, import tax/duty, and handling are included in the listed price.
