Shipping Schedule

Most live plant orders ship the Monday after they are placed. Some orders placed on Monday/Tuesday may ship on Tuesday if the expected delivery time is less than 2 days. During busy periods, please allow up to 2 weeks for order fulfillment.

Orders containing pre-order items and in-stock items will be held and shipped once pre-order items arrive. Place separate orders if you would like in-stock items to ship immediately.

Dry goods (plant media, etc) will ship immediately. We aim to fulfill dry goods orders same day or next day however please allow up to 1 week for fulfillment during busy periods. 

Shipping Policy

Most live plants will ship unpotted. If you would like your plants to ship potted, please leave a note at checkout. We will try our best to package your plants safely but this will waive our live arrival guarantee as shipping potted adds the risk of your plants being crushed by the weight of the pot/media. This will also incur additional shipping charges (due to weight) that will be billed when your order is shipped.

Additional Orders

Additional orders may be placed until your order has shipped. Use promo code ADDON for free shipping on additional orders. Leave a note with the order number of your initial order. Additional orders will be shipped using the shipping service/speed selected in your initial order. If you combine orders containing pre-order and in-stock items, your combined order will be held and shipped once pre-order items arrive. Place separate orders if you would like in-stock items to ship immediately.

Orders for pre-order items from different pre-orders (ie. Wistuba and BCP) may not be combined. Your order will be held until we receive payment for additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for damages incurred due misuse of free shipping codes.
