Of all the hybrids involving Nepenthes aristolochioides, with its uniquely characteristic egg-like pitcher shape , this is the one that resembles that species the most, . The best news is that it’s larger than Nepenthes aristolochioides and far easier to grow! Due to the influence of Nepenthes peltata, the vast majority of clones in this mix have attractive red undersides to the leaves, which can be seen the videos. This makes a great addition to any collection!
History: First introduced in Aug 2024.
Climate: 'Highland'. We grow it between about 26 deg. C (80 deg. F) in the daytime, down to 12 deg. C (54 deg. F) at night, although it will certainly tolerate temperatures well outside this range.
